It was a big 6-figure sale of signet.com that topped the Domain Name Journal chart of top reported sales for the week ending 24 June, selling for $300,000 in a sale brokered by Garry Chernoff through Afternic Brokerage.
The sale easily eclipsed the next biggest sale, ampli.ca, which sold for $50,000 through Sedo and then SCU.com for $40,000 through MSN|Cap.
There were 13 .com sales on the weekly chart, 2 for .de and one each for .ca, .fi, .global, .ai and .at. There were 15 sales through Sedo with no other outlet having more than one sale.
